1)      It is our goal to protect your privacy. Therefore, any personal information, including email addresses or phone numbers that you supply to DraculaSteps.Com and Eco-Terra Ltd. in the course of your use of our website will not be given to any third party.

2)      Any information submitted by you will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, enhancing our services, delivering the products and addressing any customer service issues you may have.

3)      Our international shipping costs as well as the Value Added Tax (VAT), shipping and handling fees are included in the selling price.

4)     We use the Romanian Post Office to deliver our usual crafts. You will receive a delivery code that you can check online once we confirm the shipping. We ship paintings and other more expensive art ware (EUR300 and above) via EMS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.

5)      We estimate the expedition date and the delivery date based upon product availability from our artists and manufacturers. Usually, a painting or a regular craft is delivered to your door within 2 weeks from the moment we confirm the shipment.

7)      We insure every painting we ship, and pack each piece by hand with protective measures. We also carefully handle the regular crafts.

8)      Our return policy has a 10-Day Money Back Guarantee.

9)      You have the opportunity of possible refund or exchange of the paintings or crafts you don't like, that are defective or misplaced.

10)   If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products/s for a full refund, by notifying us within ten days of your receipt.

11)   The art work or the regular craft must be received in the same undamaged condition as it was sent. The product cannot be compensated if the reason for it is different than the ones mentioned above.

13) Almost every product that we sell has a hand-made part. This can be hand-painted, hand-carved or hand-sculptured. Every product is based upon a certain format or decorative model. So, each product will usually be different with only subtle differences. This will make your product unique.

14) There could be a difference between the product images displayed on your screen and the product you receive. This difference can be caused by the make and settings of your screen.

15) We strongly recommend that you verify the contents of the package upon delivery in the presence of the delivery agent.
