On the Footsteps of Dracula

This schedule can be properly adjusted to suit your needs and expectations.

Day 1: you will most likely arrive at Bucharest Otopeni Airport. Our guide will be waiting for you and lead you to the car/s or minibus/es. You will then travel to the horseshoe of the Carpathian Mountains to the rural mansion you will be accommodated in. You will have the welcome dinner, followed by a welcome party, if the group size is appropriate.
Day 2: Visit to Sighisoara Citadel. You will have lunch at "Casa Vlad Dracul" Restaurant inside the building where Vlad Dracula Tepes (the Impaler) was born. You will have plenty of time to visit all the other attractions of this medieval place. In the evening, we will organize the horror movie night with special props.
Day 3: Visit to Poenari Fortress. You will climb 1480 stairs to one of the most spectacular views you can imagine. On your way back, you will stop to see the bones of First World War heroes. In the evening, you will compete in the archery tournament.
Day 4: Visit to Bran Castle. As this will be a shorter ride, you will customize the rest of the day according to your needs and expectations. Watch the clip to see other attractions of the area. Your day can also include horseback riding.
Day 5: Visit to Targoviste Royal Court. In the evening you will learn how to cook traditional Romanian pie, followed by a tasting ceremony.
Day 6: Visit to Snagov Monastery followed by camp fire with hot wine and medieval songs.
Day 7: Our guide will take you to the airport for departure.
