 Dan has specialized in adult non formal education and is an accredited trainer by the Romanian Ministry of Labor and Family. He also holds an accreditation in neuro-linguistic programming, by the International Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (IANLP). He is a Master candidate in organizational psychology, economics and human resources and coordinator of non formal education programs financed by the Romanian National Youth Authority.  Marian is Founder and Manager of Extreme Training. Since 2005, he has delivered over 100 training courses in Romania, averaging 2000 participants. He has specialised in sales, communication, team cohesion, negotiations, leadership, managerial development, non-financial motivation, time management, management through objectives, NLP, and team builing. Marian also organized the World Youth Forum in Romania, 2006 and is the coordinator of the Romanian National Youth Report for the United Nations.

 Seramis is a PhD Candidate in Psychology, at the Univeristy of Bucharest. He owns a Master's Degree in Psychodiagnostics and Psychoteraphy, from the same university, and has specialized in conflict resolution, re-imprinting and coaching. In 2007, he became a certified trainer, as a result of graduating the Training of Trainers program. He was a Training Consultant and Manager of the Soft Skills Training Department for Business Consulting Center.  Leela is a comunicator, trainer and life coach for the companies that place the human being at the core of their resources. She is a Junior Training Expert in a PHARE project in partnership with GTZ (Deutsche Gesellschaftfur Technische Zusam GmBH) Germany and acted as a consultant in communication, training and coaching for the Foundation for Self-Knowledge and Personal Development in Romania. Leela delivered training courses on integrity, leadership and personal development, to children, adolescents, professionals from the education and health fields, entry-level employees and top executives. She was an international training manager for RoC trademark (Kosmetika Belgium) and conducted training courses in Paris, Bruxelles and other cities from 14 countries. |
